The new cylinder sat neatly within the handles, dramatically reducing the amount of exposed cylinder while providing modern protection against:

The customer was also supplied with five new keys, ensuring there were enough for the whole household.

Testing the Lock

After installation, the door was thoroughly tested to ensure:
