A.L.S. Locksmiths operates on a fixed-price basis.
The price quoted is the price you pay. We do not charge hourly rates, and if a part has to be ordered and fitted on a return visit, the original quoted price remains unchanged.

We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add to the quoted price.
We do not charge call-out fees.
We provide a 12-month guarantee on parts supplied and fitted by A.L.S. Locksmiths.
If a lock or replacement part fitted by us develops a fault within the guarantee period, we will replace the defective part free of charge.
Our guarantee covers the replacement of the faulty component only. We do not offer refunds as repairs are carried out with the intention of providing a long-lasting solution.

If a fault develops during the guarantee period, A.L.S. Locksmiths must be given the opportunity to inspect and rectify the issue before any third-party contractor is instructed.

Whilst every effort is made to minimise damage during repairs and entry procedures, we cannot accept liability for accidental damage that may occur while carrying out necessary locksmith work on ageing, worn, defective, or previously damaged doors, locks, frames, windows, or associated hardware.
