Advantages

1. Well equipped bag
2. Hydration pouch external to the main sack area.
3. Loads of attachments for gear like axe, walking poles etc
4. Comfortable over long distances good padding on should straps good overall adjustability
5. Good chest strap makes the bag feel part of your bodyHip strap very adjustable and small enough to fit camera pouch through. (I carry a Pentax)
   
6. Handy storage walking poles that conects to main strap
7. Zipped pockets on hip belt
8. If taken on a plane right size for hand luggage

Disadvantages

1. A little pricey at £98
2. Not waterproof need either dry bag or waterproof liner

Would I buy again if had to - Yes I have even purchased its big brother in light of my experience with this bag.
