By all means this list is not exhaustive. There are a selection of other mechanisms and gearboxes out there and some of them are obsolete. Especially if the door in question is older than 15 years. In these cases what we usually do is not right off the door but fit something in its place. Something that will do the job and in most cases increase the security of your door.
